Neogen Sterimatic Stericap

The Neogen Sterimatic Stericap is a replaceable needle protection and disinfection cap that attaches to Prima Tech and other compatible syringes. Each Stericap contains a sponge soaked with a disinfectant blend of 2.5% Glutaraldehyde and 5% Bardac 22, which cleans the needle before and after every injection. Designed to help reduce infections, needle stick injuries, and disease transmission, the Sterimatic system makes injections safer for both livestock and handlers.

Features:

• Automatically cleans needle with each injection (subcutaneous or intramuscular)
• Delivers up to 100 injections per Stericap (within 3 days of opening); up to 500 injections for poultry
• Safe for Modified Live Virus (MLV) injections
• Stericap (white) fits both 1/2" and 1" Sterimatic sleeves
• Attaches to most syringe brands including Prima Tech, Simcro, and Hauptner
