Modification of the basic corticoid structure as achieved in Dexamethasone Injectable,2 mg offers enhanced anti-inflammatory effect compared to older corticosteroids. The dosage of Dexamethasone Injectable,2 mg required is markedly lower than that of prednisone and prednisolone.
